The PlannerCentric shortcut brings Apple Calendar and Apple Reminders directly into your planning flow.
When you tap the Apple icon anywhere in your planner and you will be guided through a simple process to add an event or a reminder. Once done, your entry appears automatically in the relevant Apple app
Without the shortcut installed, your planner works exactly as normal. You simply will not have access to the Calendar and Reminders integration
If you use both your planner and Apple Calendar or Reminder app, the shortcut is worth installing. It keeps everything in one place, without the need to switch between apps manually.

The shortcut is created specifically for PlannerCentric and is designed solely to enable the Calendar & Reminders integration within your planner
It does not collect personal information or access your data beyond the permissions required for its intended function.

To ensure everything works correctly, please avoid renaming, editing, deleting or rearranging the PlannerCentric shortcut
Making changes may prevent the Calendar & Reminders integration from functioning properly.
If you delete the shortcut, the Calendar & Reminders feature within your planner will stop working.
If this happens, simply reinstall the shortcut using the installation guide.

Troubleshooting
First, make sure you've downloaded the complete planner file before importing it.
If the problem continues:
If you're still experiencing difficulties, contact our support team.
Hyperlinks usually stop working if the planner has been opened in an unsupported PDF viewer
Please make sure you're using a compatible note-taking app that supports interactive hyperlinks
Also check that your app is in Read or Navigation mode rather than Edit mode, as some apps require this to activate hyperlinks.

If you've confirmed all of the above and the feature still isn't working, contact us for assistance.
Occasional app crashes are usually related to the note-taking app rather than the planner itself
Restart the app and reopen your planner
If the issue continues, check whether an update is available for your note-taking app.
Don't panic
Simply download a fresh copy from the PlannerCentric Download Library using your access link.
If you've created handwritten notes, remember that these are typically stored within your note-taking app, so restoring a new copy won't automatically restore your previous annotations
