Free Digital Planner — Try a Month of Planning with PlannerCentric

Free Digital Planner — Try a Month of Planning with PlannerCentric

Most people think about digital planning for weeks before they try it. They watch the videos, save the pins, add planners to their wishlist — and then close the tab. Not because they are not interested. Because they are not sure it will work for them.

That hesitation makes sense. A digital planner is a different way of organising your life, and it is hard to know whether you will enjoy planning on an iPad until you have actually done it. Written on the screen with a pencil. Tapped a hyperlink and landed exactly where you wanted to be. Felt the difference between scrolling through a notes app and opening a planner that was designed to feel like one.

This is why we made A Month with PlannerCentric — a free digital planner you can download right now and start using today

What is inside the free digital planner

A Month with PlannerCentric is a free sample of the Classic Luxe Year Planner. It gives you one undated month of planning across the same layouts used in the full planner — designed for GoodNotes, Notability and compatible with many note taking apps that supports hyperlinks on iPad.

Inside you will find:

— A monthly calendar page where you can fill in your own dates and see the full month at a glance

— A monthly overview to set your focus, priorities, and key events for the month

— A monthly goals to

Weekly overview pages to plan each week with space for priorities, tasks, reminders, and a weekly habit

Weekly schedule pages with a seven-day layout and a mini monthly calendar for reference

Daily plan pages to write your focus for the day, set priorities, and structure your time

12 notes and 12 custom section pages for anything else your month needs — journaling, lists, ideas, brain dumps

Every page is fully hyperlinked. Tap any tab, any date, any icon — and you are already there. No scrolling through hundreds of pages. No hunting for the right section. Just tap and arrive.

The planner is landscape orientation, designed for iPad with Apple Pencil. Compatible with other devices - Android tablet, Mac and Windows with a supported note taking app installed such as Goodnotes.

Who is this for?

If you have been curious about digital planning but have not tried it yet — this is a good place to start. No commitment, no cost, no pressure. Just one month to see whether planning on your iPad suits the way you think and organise.

If you already plan digitally and want to see what PlannerCentric feels like before purchasing the full year — this gives you the experience. The quality, the design, the hyperlink precision, and the layout logic are identical to the full planner.

If you use a paper planner and have been wondering whether digital is worth the switch — this is the lowest-risk way to find out. Download it, import it into GoodNotes, and plan one week. That is all it takes to know.

A free sticker pack to go with it

Alongside the free planner, we have also created the Essential Months and Dates Sticker Pack — a free set of digital stickers containing the dates 1st through 31st and the months January through December.

These are designed to work inside GoodNotes and Notability. Use them to label your undated monthly calendar, mark important dates, or add structure to your notes pages. They are simple, clean, and designed to match the PlannerCentric Coastal Mist Tab color aesthetic.

The sticker pack is free to download — no purchase required. Use it with A Month with PlannerCentric or with any other digital planner you already own.

How to set up your free digital planner in GoodNotes

Setting up a digital planner in GoodNotes takes less than three minutes. Here is how:

First, download the planner PDF to your iPad. You can save it to your Files app or directly to your Downloads folder.

Open GoodNotes and tap the new document icon. Choose "Import" and select the planner PDF from your files. The planner will open as a new document.

You are ready to start. Tap any tab on the side to jump to a section. Use your Apple Pencil to write, draw, or annotate. Tap any hyperlinked element — a date, an icon, a tab — to navigate instantly.

For the sticker pack, import the PNG files individually to GoodNotes or your preferred note taking app, drag-and-drop it on any page, resize as desired.

If you are new to GoodNotes entirely, we have a full installation guide on our YouTube channel

What is different about planning on an iPad?

The question most people ask before switching to digital planning is: will it feel as good as paper?

The honest answer is that it feels different. Not worse — different. And for most people who try it, the difference turns out to be the reason they stay.

Here is what digital planning actually gives you.

Everything stays in one place. Your calendar, your weekly schedule, your daily plan, your goals, your finances, your meal plans, your reflections — all inside one planner on one device. No carrying a bag of notebooks. No flipping through pages to find the right week. One tap and you are there.

You can undo anything. Wrote something in the wrong place? Two-finger tap. Changed your mind about tomorrow's schedule? Erase and rewrite. There is no crossing out, no correction tape, no wasted pages. Every page stays clean.

Your planner travels with you. Wherever your iPad goes, your planner goes. Plan your week on the sofa. Check your budget on the train. Reflect on your day in bed. No separate notebook required.

You can customise without limits. Digital stickers do not run out. You can resize them, reposition them, layer them. You can change your colour palette, rearrange your pages, and make every spread look exactly the way you want it.

Hyperlinks change the way you move through your planner. This is the feature that surprises most people. In a paper planner, finding a specific day means flipping through pages. In a hyperlinked digital planner, you tap a date on the monthly calendar and you are on that day's page. You tap a tab icon and you are in that section. Every page connects to every other page. Nothing is more than one tap away.
